A 3D model of a Billiards table, modelled in Blender, textured in Substance Painter, then implemented and lit in Unreal Engine 5.5 using Lumens.
The model has been optimized to work at a Texel Density of 5.12px/cm to optimize textures for general use in an environment.
- Due to baking and texturing my assets at 4096x in Substance Painter before then exporting down to the required texture size, I also made higher resolution textures for the Sketchfab 3D View for the sake of a close inspection viewing as a Hero asset.
The entire piece consists of multiple independently modelled and textured models for modularity to allow for moving each piece in engine:
- Billiards Table (2048x textures - Optimized; 4096x for Sketchfab 3D View)
- Accessories - Pools and Cues, Triangle + Diamond + Chalk (1024x base colour, 512x fore the rest - Optimized; 2048x textures for Sketchfab)
